Shuptrine Fine Art specializes in representational paintings and sculpture by the nation’s leading artists. Housed in the historic South Broad Street Design District in Chattanooga area near the base of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, Shuptrine’s owners, Alan and Bonny Shuptrine provide over 26 years of experience for individual collectors, corporate art collections, and museum acquisitions. For more than 40 years, Gallery founders Alan and Bonny Shuptrine have been avid collectors, patrons, and enthusiasts of the arts. Alan Shuptrine, son of nationally renowned artist, the late Hubert Shuptrine showcases his father’s works, as well as those from nationally renowned artists such as Andrew Wyeth, Stephen Scott Young, Jane Peterson, Albert Bierstadt, David Johnson, Bruce Wolfe, and other 19th and 20th century American works of art. Believing in the young collector, Shuptrine’s layers in award winning contemporary artists such as Brett Weaver, Kathleen Mack, Hunter Eddy, Bob Ichter, Maureen Hyde, and many more. The Shuptrines are dedicated to working for the arts and for their clients, with exceptional service and genuine interest in the investment of fine art, one of a kind handmade framing, and restoration services for antique frames, or fine paintings.
